Shuttles will be waiting for you to bring you to the retreat center (~2 hour scenic drive).

*A VALID US PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO COSTA RICA. YOUR PASSPORT MUST BE VALID FOR AT LEAST 90 DAYS PAST YOUR ENTRY DATE INTO COSTA RICA

*Travel insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect your investment (Travel Guard & Allianz are reputable options).

Air-conditioned room accommodations.

Single accommodation options (or for couples) are limited availability (first come, first serve). Single occupancy requests will require an extra $500 investment. Once all available single occupancy is filled, shared accommodations will be the default option. Single occupancy request is only available to “pay in full” purchases.

Laundry service is provided so you can pack light and not even need a checked bag for your week-long stay.

Plenty of private bathrooms, showers (with hot water), privacy (even in shared spaces), unique room designs, comfy beds, and TONS of pillow options to make sure you’re getting the best rest you can get!

Home-cooked, gluten free, vegetarian meals for breakfast and dinner are provided community-style each day.

Meals are designed and cooked by a professional Costa Rican nutritionist.

Locally caught seafood may also be an option for certain meals. Mid-day snacks and 24/7 smoothie bar are available to enjoy in between meals.

Morning coffee bar (Costa Rica is known for its amazing coffee), an assortment of teas, and plenty of clean drinking water are included!

Con Smania CR is located in a costal region that is warm to hot during the daytime hours and may cool off a bit for nighttime.

During high season (Dec-May) there is very little to no rain. During green season (May-Dec) there can be moderate rainfall, usually in the early morning or evening hours. Weather during this retreat will be warm (80-90 degrees F during the daytime hours). It’s not too humid, or too dry. It’s perfectly in the middle.

On clear nights (there will be many) you will have a spectacular view of the Milky Way Galaxy above you from the open spaces of the airplane landing strip that is on-site.

BRING: Summer-weather clothing/casual attire (pack light since there is laundry service), swimwear, walking shoes, sandals, personal hygiene items (shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, toothpaste), some spending cash for markets/excursions (US Dollar is widely accepted, denominations under $20 are usually preferred).

Towels are provided for bathing and lounging by the pool.

Yoga mats are available for use, though you are welcome to bring your own if you can fit it in luggage.

Micro-dosing on sacred plant-medicine, as well as private (shaman-led) plant-medicine ceremonies will be available add-on options at all BEYOND Healing Costa Rica retreats.

These options ARE NOT REQUIRED in order to have a transformational experience during your week-long stay, nor will they interfere with any of your personal experience.

Payment plans require $500 downpayment and must also be paid in-full by MARCH 15th, 2024 (once your initial deposit is received a team member will contact you to set-up your payment plan, which is required).

Pay in-full options include a full refund (minus processing fees) within 3 days of purchase.

*Meals are served community-style for breakfast and dinner.

*Attendees will have free-time and the ability to spend their stay in ways that work best for what they need while at Con Smania CR. Daily schedules will be announced the prior evening at dinner and will include everything listed in the event description at the top of this webpage.

*There is AC in each room accommodation so you can relax in comfort.

*Alcohol is not served on-site, however, you can visit one of the nearby resorts or local restaurants (within walking distance) for a cocktail or glass of wine.
